Dear Menai Strait Regattas competitors,

Thank you all for contributing to the debate about options for the future of the Regattas. There are many ideas and different opinions about what the right way forward should be. These need serious evaluation and consultation. It has therefore been decided that the 2024 Regattas will stay with the two-week format to allow time for changes to be developed by working groups representing the many stakeholders. Any changes they recommend will be considered by the Menai Strait Joint Regattas Committee and if approved will be targeted for introduction in 2025.

The dates of the 2024 Menai Strait Regattas will be from Monday 5th August to Saturday 17th August 2024.
